Merlin Mines provides infrastructure, DevOps, cloud cost optimization, and repository security services, including automated maintenance performed on repositories you explicitly connect via Google and GitHub authorization.

2. Accounts and Authorization

To use certain features you must authenticate and grant access to your accounts. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You may revoke authorization at any time through your Google or GitHub settings.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, use the Service unlawfully, disrupt or interfere with its security or performance, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service or related systems.

4. Data Privacy and Security

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described there.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, content, and trademarks, is owned by Merlin Mines and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights to your own code and data.
